Design has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. Born and raised in South Florida to parents who both built careers in the design industry, I was introduced early to the creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define exceptional interiors.
I began my career in design with our family interior design firm, MRA Design, where I spent 20 years managing the business before acquiring the firm and leading it as owner for the next decade. That experience became the foundation of a career spanning more than 37 years in the interior design industry, giving me firsthand knowledge of virtually every facet of a project. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with accomplished designers, architects, developers, vendors, artisans, and clients—building lasting relationships and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a project seamlessly from initial concept through procurement and final installation.
My expertise lies in the details behind the design: understanding specifications, sourcing the right pieces, navigating vendor relationships, anticipating challenges, managing timelines, and ensuring that every element comes together as intended. I understand both the creative vision and the technical execution required to bring exceptional interiors to life.
JL Rose represents the natural evolution of that experience. I created the firm to bring decades of industry knowledge, trusted relationships, and hands-on expertise to every project while working in the way I value most—personally, collaboratively, and with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
For me, the greatest reward is seeing a designer’s vision move from an idea to a beautifully executed space—and knowing that my experience helped make that process seamless.
